It is duly registered as a non-profit non-governmental organisation in compliance with Law No 92/006 of 14 August 1992 relating to cooperative societies and Common Initiative Groups and its Degree of application No 92/455/PM of 23 November 1992. The Registration Certificate of Goodness and Mercy Missions is NW/GP/N0 01/08/11739.
