Proposal Description
A major issue facing the disabled in rural regions is their capacity to participate in social activities that would enable them to meet their primary needs for sanitation, education, food, and basic living. Disability is all too often regarded as a curse in rural regions, which only goes to undermine the availability of work for the disabled, and the social recognition they deserve form their peers.
